What's noted above works well and allows for a seamless transition which is great. We would recommend that you be sure to use the same version of VTScada on the new PC and upgrade it to the current version after you have the app synced to the new PC.
If, for whatever reason, someone is reading this who can NOT run both servers at the same time, you can always copy the information from the application folder (Default follows C:\VTScada\AppNameNoSpaces). Past it where you like on your new PC, then, with VTScada installed on the new PC, add a new application, select advanced, and select to add an existing application. Even if you've upgraded to a new version of VTScada when going through this process, the application you added will be automatically upgraded to work with the new version of VTScada when you first launch it.
