VTS Tags Stop updating and New Tags fail to go live

Is it normal to have to restart VTS Server to get tags reading again (twice per month)? And when adding new tags, same thing happens. Until I restart the box, no-go (30% of the time).

That's not normal. It did occur occasionally with the CIP driver in early VTS 11. I remember that being totally fixed by 11.28 but not with new tag and only when used with the polling driver.

What are you communicating with? Is your VTS current?

These are Polling tags, using CIP/EIP device on TCP port, on VTS 11.2.18

Maybe an update is in order?
