Hello, I have an application built that will be used on a Panel PC that has a touch screen and no keyboard. How do I enable the Keypad to popup and allow an operator to enter a SP?

Put the panel PC in tablet mode, and the Windows keyboard should work as you'd expect.

I found that the Windows 11 keyboard really sucked. Especially for numeric value entry.

I tried a trial and ended up buying onscreen keyboard software from “comfort software.” It wasn’t that expensive.

Thanks for the tip. We find that the Windows Keyboard can be very good, especially in Windows 11 on a multitouch screen, but I appreciate you sharing what has worked well for you.
