Yes! One of VTScada's many native features is the Alarm Notification System. This optional component replaces the need for a 3rd party dialer product. Because it is a native part of VTScada, it will remain tightly compatible for the life of the system.

Acknowledge by SMS, email, or text-to-voice
Once you are notified of an alarm via SMS text message, email, or text-to-voice phone call, you can easily acknowledge it the same way and stop VTScada from sending further notifications.
