Micro820 address with CCW and VTScada

I would like to know how the address of the Micro820's digital inputs and outputs is created, being used by the CCW for the VTSCada using the Rockwell driver? I tried to do it using IO_EM_DI_06 as an example, but it didn't work.

You may have figured out your issue already but just a couple things to check.

I don't see a value under your port tag, make sure you have your workstation in the server list.

Also you need to change your port segment path to "[]". Make sure Micro820/850(Symbolic Addressing) is checked under the Rockwell Tag.
