I have purchased VTScada License and not used it for till the Support Plus date is expired.

I tried to install the VTScada software with the license key available, it gives me a error "You need to renew your license to install this version of the application."

How can I know what version will be supported to the license?
what is the solution for this?

By now, I assume you already contacted us directly to solve this but for the sake of those in a similar situation...

The best thing to do is to contact sales@trihedral.com directly. They should be able to reset your support date.

Each license includes three months of SupportPlus so you can install any version of VTScada released up to 90 days after the order acknowledgement (PDF with the key) was sent to you. If you need to download a previous version of VTScada, those are currently hosted on a ftp (file transfer protocol) server. You can use a FTP client such as WinSCP to connect to ftp://ftp.trihedral.com/VTS/ and download any released version of VTScada going back a long way.
