With the upcoming flood of Win11 upgrades for fall 2025, what are the minimum requirements needed for VTScada version?

Yes, over time, it is better to use a native Alarm Notification System than a 3rd party dialer product. The more products you have to string together, the more poorly it will scale. Built-in is better.
