Is there any way to view or export Alarm response time metrics?
For example, I'd like to send a customer something like;

  • Average Alarm Response Time: 5 minutes
  • Maximum Alarm Response Time: 30 minutes

Does VTSCADA support this, or has anyone ever ran this kind of reporting?
