Anyone built a project for the home that monitors the AC power, per circuit? I’d like to, and wondering about a power meter to use. Most only interface with a mobile app.

Not sure what country you are in, so make sure it's to the approrate regulations.... however there are loads of these things out there for commercial use - something like the below:
