Force application access due to lost username and password

I have an application where my client no longer has username and password access. How can I force access? Or can I obtain new access without having to rebuild the application?

I doubt Trihedral will put on a public forum how to get around username and passwords if it is even possible. You could maybe copy and paste page data into a new application and make sure you create a login for yourselve to recover from.
