Initial connection to Micrologix plcs.

I am connecting to the network for the first time in order to build a demonstration model to present as VTSCADA's suitability for our new SCADA system and I am having an issue with connectivity which I did not face with Ignition.
I am attempting to connect to a Micrologix 1400 plc, my server is set as my laptop, in the TCP/IP Port page I have entered the network IP address and TCP/IP Port number 44818. My plc mode is set to PCCC over CIP and I have selected Micrologix 1100-1500 as my PLC type. For my I/O Calculation Read Address I have entered O:0/11.

Two things come to mind, if possible, I'd suggest you start by connecting the ethernet cable to the front port of the PLC so you don't need to worry about the port/segment path (Default is [] ) and that you ensure that the PLC does not have an IP whitelist for the IP addresses it allows to connect to it.

Note that, the first connection may take a bit of time as the VTScada driver may also be reading the PLC's tag list (Though I don't believe that the MicroLogix PLC's support this).
