I can't connect mqtt with vt scada is error code 260

I can't connect MQTT with Vt scada,It shows value 260 at the TCP/IP Port and Value 9 at the Mqtt client driver.I using HiveMQ and I already tested sending values withs HiveMQ as the host to Node-red,Which works,But when sending to Vt scada,the coneection cannot be established.How can i solve this problem
