After providing the correct user credentials, anywhere client is stuck on establishing connection & waiting for an available server. this connection is going through our F5 proxy.

Likely there is an issue with the certificate due to the proxy. Can you please confirm that you are using TLS and if you are using VTScada or VTScadaLIGHT?
