Exporting VTSCADA database

Good morning,
I currently work from an established VTS application that is our treatment plant and liftstations application. I've created a "training environment application" within VAM. I was wanting to export a created tag type, but during export to "training environment" I got a failed message mentioning that it failed due to GUID differences between the original application and training environment application.

The easiest way to do this currently is to create a new tag type with the same name in your new application then to copy the contents of your exported tag type into the new tag type. You may need to have a scan through the code but, in most cases, I believe that replacing the code in the new type with the exported type will just work.

If you update code in VTScada, after you have saved your files, you need to click the sync button in the VAM (VTScada application manager) which is near the application start button. That will do a quick check of the code, report any errors in the script you are importing, and then add it to your application.

Do you happen to know if VTScada has a YouTube video in regard to the question I asked and the answer you've given? A tutorial of sorts....
