Some models of the Omron NJ series PLC support OPC UA Server.
However, the PLC we are currently dealing with does not support OPC UA Server.
May I ask if VTScada has other ways to communicate with this PLC?
The NJ PLC is not mentioned in the driver list.

Modbus using floating point values and strings is likely the best option if OPC UA is not available.

Omron's flavor of CIP is not available at this time.
