Unable to ACK alarms

On a multi-server system, have one server that lists a whole bunch of alarms that cannot be acknowledged. They are configured alarms, but are not active and not shown on other servers. Pressing the ack button does not work. Restarting the server, or re-syncing to the other three servers does not correct the issue. Any thoughts, or anyone else experience this?

The alarm database on the one server is probably out of sync. The live alarms are stored in a separate database from the historical alarms. Your safest bet is to call support and have them walk through the correction with you.

It will require the stop of the app on the bad server, removal of the alarm database file and let it rebuild from the alarm history. Note that this could take some time depending on the age/size of the alarm history.
