Unfortunately it would be a never ending task to submit all our binaries to all the AV vendors so that they might not raise false positives.
All our binaries are digitally signed, a fact which seems to escape some AV vendors.
If you ever have any doubt about any file, a good resource is VirusTotal which will use many different AV engines to scan a file. Note that it's not uncommon for a small number of engines to generate a false positive on VirusTotal, so take the results on a balance of probabilities.
If you get issues with false positives from an AV product, the vendor usually has a page where you can submit files for further checks and hopefully allow the vendor to eliminate the false positive. Some vendors are more responsive than others.
