I have run two applications in my VTScada called 'App1' & 'App2'. In my 'App1' I have made some pages in Idea Studio called 'Page 1', and 'Page 2'.
In my 'App2' I have made one 'Home Page' from where I need to open 'Page 1' of 'App 1'.

How can I call this page from another application?

Add a subordinate app tag and link it to app 1, from there you will be able to link to the page in the other application.
