Yes if user security is configured to allow. Thin Clients within VTScada are simply another instance of the display manager, (VTScada is object oriented in architecture) so automatically function exactly the same way as the server, subject to any limitation that the local client OS may have (i.e. access to file system on iOS mobile devices).
