Why would the Export Wizard be grayed out for a user with all permissions?

You need to have tags selected in the HDV before you can use the export wizard. To the left of the export wizard button should be a little luggage tag (+) icon called the tag selector. Try using this to add tags to the HDV then clicking the export wizard button.

This is what I see. Print ans Export grayed out

Are you doing this in an Anywhere client? Web browsers do not have direct access to hardware so the print function cannot work. It would be grayed out. All you can do is use the screen print functionality in the browser itself.
