Any hints on when/what's coming to VTSCADA for a fully integrated VOIP alarm dialer? It will be so exciting to have an alternative voice option to the hardware voice modems!

We're currently working on adding VOIP to our alarm dialer. It will use the Twilio service. It should be ready by summer 2017.

The feature to support Twilio was released in VTScada 11.3.
