Has anyone used this yet? We need 15 of these & would like things to be hassle free.

Installed one for a customer recently. Able to receive SMS messages using the device just fine. Still need to workout why the modem isn't properly receiving text messages for alarm acknowledgment.

Update, mine is working well. I'm even able to acknowledge alarms.
