To the limit of the total tags on the license. The VTScada license is for a total tag count, not a per application count. If you have a 1000 tag license, you can run 10 apps with 100 IO tags each. Or one app with 1000 tags.

You can actually run more apps with more tags than the license will allow, but any tags over that will not load.
