Just looking to setup SMS alarm notifications and wondering if there are any specific cell modems that anyone has had success using for sending alarms AND acknowledging alarms.

That link seems to only have references to voice modems for hardwired telephone connections. I'm looking for a device that will support SMS messaging through a SIM card. Do you have any tech notes on what to look for in this application?
