I am using my devoplement license on my client computer. when i finish my work i want to change the license to client license. every time i reinstall scada program so i waste my time, is there any way to change the license?

Yes, To change licenses you simply have to deactivate the license on the License Management dialog in the VAM (the button at the bottom) on the end user PC, then reinstall the VTScada using the end user installation key (just rerun the installer) and then reactivate on the license management dialog (the button at the bottom).
