Hello,

I have a RDP site that I have access to and when I am connected and try to open VTS I get the following dialogue pop up.

I cannot find any information about this error in the help files or online.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Check to see if port 5780 is in use on that PC. Also, you may want to check to see if VTScada is already installed and running as a service in the background. You should be able to do this in task manager (CTRL+Shift+Esc).
