We have a system running an OEM layer and an application. There have been many tag types added to the Application rather than the OEM. To enable master/subordinate hierarchy for a new site, we want to migrate these tag types to the OEM layer. How can we achieve this with minimal disruption to the existing application? I see VTScada can add 3D graphics created with 3rd party software (Must be flat jpg, png, bmp) from VTScada website. I am worried I cannot rotate and view from many angles in VTScada if VTScada only supports these file formats.

Is there a way to set up a daily report that runs back the last 24hrs of an alarm database history into an excel file?
Also, is it possible to save a "bad actors" report to an excel or CSV?

I have an ipad with the newest iOS firmware 10.3.3, all apps are up to date, yet when I log in the VTScada, after filling out username and password, it gives a white blank page.

Have tried different browsers: Safari, Chrome, Firefox but still not have luck.

I also have another ipad and this one is working fine. So network issues are not this case.

Hi, Looking for advice on how to setup and import tags from a AB micro820. From the documentation about Miro820 tags there is reference to a address select tool. Where is this tool?

I am having trouble trying to see the full properties of a Draw HDV object. Currently has 4 trends displayed, trying to just add a 5th. See the screen shots. I tried locating the Group name but can't find it anywhere. Tried searching in tag browser too. Any insight on where to find the location to break this graphic down for editing would be very helpful and appreciated.
