I won't let me select alarms at event level. I want to monitor lagging poll times without bothering the operators.

ok the scada software where im at now is on windows server 2008. im trying to get it upgraded but finance is killing me. anyway my question is can I use the old tags in scada im using now and plug them into vtscada 90 day trial. can you plug and play kind of thing or do I need to go through and add all I/Os.

I've created a Numeric Keypad popup page (meant to be touchscreen friendly) and have created a GUIButton that when pressed is supposed to Close the Popup Window. I thought the Slay(Self()) should work but it seems to be ignored. It should be a simple thing but I've been stuck on this for a while now. We've been having a bit of a weird issue. Alarm Notifications are set to send email notifications on priority 1 alarms but every now and then an Alarm notification is sent for a priority 2 alarm and only a few specific priority 2 alarms it seems.

Is there a property that I'm missing that allows this under certain circumstances?

Hi, Is there a way to edit a Type property from the VT HMI? Some users will not have access to the Tag Browser but may be required to change IP address which is set up as a property of the Site Type. I tried several methods to set up a Linked Tag Widget but have been unsuccessful.

I am trying to integrate in a counter and some automated resets. The plant is currently changing the times of shifts a lot and I would like to allow them to configure on the fly. Is there a way I can change the trigger tag using parameterization? If so I cannot find any information on the exact syntax or how to do so.

What is the syntax for specifying a particular .wav file in the Alarm Setup tab of a Digital Status tag.

I want the sound for certain tags to be different from the others of the same Priority level. I'm planning on using an included .wav file.
