I want to use vtscada for a project for the first time.
There is 150 individual machines(workstation). Where we need install vtscada on each machine. Each machine would have around 50 tags. And need 1 server at control room where all the machines can be access. Beside that need remote access 1 user, alarm notification SMS EMAIL. Big Remote screen at plant floor.

Is there a way to set up a daily report that runs back the last 24hrs of an alarm database history into an excel file?
Also, is it possible to save a "bad actors" report to an excel or CSV?

I have an ipad with the newest iOS firmware 10.3.3, all apps are up to date, yet when I log in the VTScada, after filling out username and password, it gives a white blank page.
Have tried different browsers: Safari, Chrome, Firefox but still not have luck.
I also have another ipad and this one is working fine. So network issues are not this case.

Does anyone know how to connect to Motorola ACE 3600?
The most common instructions are all about Modbus TCP which is not supported by ACE 3600, and I have no idea to make it via Motorola ACE Driver. Does anyone have experiences on that?

Hi folks, can someone educate me on the tank cutaways... there are loads of cutaways in the standard library, is there a way to combine these with a tank image to make a transparent cutaway for use with an analog bar, or are we limited to the tanks that have a transparent bar?

I am getting SendMail Error[7]: Invaild parameters when VT is trying to alarm out. I have tested through PowerShell and I can get a test email to work. Would this be an Email Server issue or perhaps how I have the alarm notification setup in VT?

I have a script written where I'm talking to a Serial port sending and receiving messages.
Is there a way send the string response to a tag created in the Tag Browser?
I have tried using the following:
Scope(\VTSDB, "Com3\R_Status", TRUE)
Scope(\VTSDB, "h{zfoiw%7k\5dhe8xmq^m", TRUE)
It does seem to work a bit but ends up crashing VTSCADA.
Also tried it with LocalScope.

Hi, Looking for advice on how to setup and import tags from a AB micro820. From the documentation about Miro820 tags there is reference to a address select tool. Where is this tool?
If i use the import tags function this results in driver not ready.

I'm using scada to interface to a PLC. Is there a way to create a keyboard hotkey to interact with graphic to toggle switch. Instead of pressing actual switch connected to PLC.
I am having trouble trying to see the full properties of a Draw HDV object. Currently has 4 trends displayed, trying to just add a 5th. See the screen shots. I tried locating the Group name but can't find it anywhere. Tried searching in tag browser too. I'm use multiwrite tag and its not working.

I'm encountering an issue with VTScada where a specific tag stops logging data after performing a backup to an external USB drive (C:\VTSCADA). This doesn't happen every time, but approximately once a week, right after the backup is completed, the tag flatlines. It's consistently the same tag that's affected.

The customer will purchase the paid version of VTScada. He will need to access the factory supervisor (a specific sector) remotely, but it will not be done via an Ethernet cable, so as not to run the risk of being on Wi-Fi and others, so it will be via Modbus RTU. I need some help on how to do this procedure and for it to work through VTScada.
